Event Description
Join your fellow Chamber Members at our annual Salute to Veterans networking S.T.I.R. on Wednesday, November 9.
SFCC Members will be participating in a donation drive for Boots to Suits a clothing program for male and female Virginia veterans who have or will be transitioning from military life to civilian careers. Members are asked to bring:
- Current Style Blazers, Sport Coats, & Suiting
- Dress Pants & Khakis
- New or Very Gently Used Dress Shirts (White or Light Blue)
- Ties, Belts, and Gently Used or New Shoes
- Women's Interview Appropriate Dresses, Separates
All items must be DRY CLEANED. Donations should be current styles, clean and in EXCELLENT condition. Some Vets leave their fitting appointments and go straight to their interview.
You may also make a tax-deductible donation to Boots to Suits.
