Celebrating SFCC Membership |

Casey Whitmarsh SFCC Chair |

I'd like to thank the latest Legacy Members who have upgraded their membership to an annual Sustaining Membership. Not only are you taking full advantage of all the SFCC has to offer, but your support also allows the Chamber to better support all members and the community at-large.
Sustaining Membership enables the Chamber to not only offer networking opportunities, but also support new businesses in their ribbon-cuttings and grand openings. Additionally, it allows us to support community events, groups and local sports teams. It is Win-Win for all!
I'm always amazed at the variety of reasons business owners and non-profit leaders have for joining the Chamber or upgrading their membership. Some of you want to give your social media a boost or focus on your online presence, while others enjoy taking advantage of the Mobile App and a texting keyword.
The landing page which comes with every membership allows members to share information about their business or use the landing page to direct potential customers to an already existing website. And many potential members embrace the opportunity to network with each other through our popular S.T.I.R. events. |
|
|
I urge all Legacy members to consider upgrading to an annual Sustaining Membership. The annual dues model gives the Chamber the flexibility to provide those membership benefits we all cherish as well as the ROI all members look for when they join the Chamber.
Our Executive Director Carla Olivo would be happy to talk with you and answer any questions you may have about upgrading your Chamber membership. She can be reached at SFCCExecDirector@gmail.com Until next month,

Below is the link to sign up to donate school supplies. The more supplies that are donated, the more back-to-school kits can be provided to those in need. #SFCCsupportingmembers |

Come support SFCC Member Emma Jordon Kidz Fighting Cancer Foundation Gold Out for football at South County High School on Thursday, Sept 1. The Field Hockey Gold Out is Sept 2-3 at their annual Stick-Off. Childhood cancer remains the leading cause of death by disease among children in the United States. Every day, 36 children are diagnosed with cancer and the average age of diagnosis is 6. The Emma Jordon Kidz Fighting Cancer Foundation raises money for clinical research directed to the cure of pediatric cancer and for organizations that care for families engaged in the pediatric cancer battle.
