A Message from the Chamber Chair |

Casey Whitmarsh SFCC Chair |
| As we begin a new year, January offers an opportunity to reflect on where we have been and to focus on where we are headed together as a business community. The past year demonstrated, once again, the strength, resilience, and collaboration that define our Chamber and its members.
Your continued engagement—whether through events, committees, sponsorships, or simple participation—helps ensure that our Chamber remains a meaningful resource for local businesses. Because of you, we are able to advocate effectively, provide valuable connections, and promote a strong local economy. |

In 2026, we look forward to expanding networking opportunities, delivering relevant programming, and strengthening partnerships that help our members grow and succeed. I encourage you to take full advantage of the Chamber’s offerings, invite a colleague to join, and stay connected throughout the year.
Thank you for your membership, your trust, and your commitment to our shared success. I look forward to seeing you at upcoming events and working together in the year ahead. Wishing you a healthy, prosperous, and successful New Year.

The Chamber is now accepting nominations for the 2026 Achievement Honors in the Member to Watch and Community Impact award categories. These honors recognize chamber members and community members who are making a meaningful difference—through innovation, leadership, service, and a strong commitment to our local business community.
We encourage all members to get involved by submitting a nomination for the 2026 Member to Watch. Whether you are recognizing a fellow member or putting your own name forward, this is an opportunity to highlight the work being done to strengthen our economy and improve our business community. Self-nominations are welcome and encouraged.
The Member to Watch honors an emerging or growing nonprofit, business or professional demonstrating momentum, leadership, and promise.
Community Impact recognizes those in the South Fairfax community whose work, service, or initiative has had a positive and lasting effect on the NoVa community.
If you know a business or individual deserving of recognition—or if your own organization has a story to tell—please take a few moments to submit a nomination. Your participation helps ensure these awards truly reflect the breadth and impact of our membership.
Nomination details and deadlines can be found on the Chamber website and the links below. We look forward to celebrating the achievements of our members and the positive influence they have throughout our community. |

Chamber committees are the backbone of our organization and one of the most meaningful ways for members to get involved. By serving on a committee, members help shape programs, events, and initiatives that directly support the local business community while gaining valuable insight into the Chamber’s work.
Committee participation also offers strong professional benefits—expanded networking, leadership development, and the opportunity to build relationships with fellow business owners and community leaders who share similar goals. Whether your strengths are planning, outreach, advocacy, or ideas generation, there is a committee where your voice and experience can make a difference.
We encourage all members, new and long-standing, to consider joining a committee. Your involvement strengthens the Chamber, enhances your membership experience, and helps ensure our organization continues to serve the needs of the business community effectively. Visit the Chamber website or click the link below to learn more and get involved today. |

LAST CALL - Deadline is Friday, Jan 9, 2026
Purchasing logo space on the Chamber’s full-page ad in the high school sports program is a powerful way to support local student-athletes while increasing your business’s visibility. These programs are distributed and viewed by thousands of families, fans, and community members throughout the year, providing sustained exposure for your brand. Your participation not only demonstrates a commitment to youth athletics and community pride but also positions your business alongside other Chamber members who invest locally. We encourage members to take advantage of this opportunity to give back, build goodwill, and showcase their support for our schools and athletes.
