Come support SFCC Member Emma Jordon Kidz Fighting Cancer Foundation Gold Out for football at South County High School on Thursday, Sept 1. Childhood cancer remains the leading cause of death by disease among children in the United States. Every day, 36 children are diagnosed with cancer and the average age of diagnosis is 6. The Emma Jordon Kidz Fighting Cancer Foundation raises money for clinical research directed to the cure of pediatric cancer and for organizations that care for families engaged in the pediatric cancer battle.

Rocknoceros has entertained tens of thousands of fans around the country, performing at Lollapalooza, Austin City Limits, and the Kennedy Center. Since its inception in 2005, Rocknoceros has won ten Washington Area Music Awards and has found its way into the hearts and homes of music loved of all ages. 

Join us for an awesome Rocknoceros concert on Saturday, September 10th at the Lorton Station Gazebo at 11AM!

Be a part of this special moment. Candidates for citizenship take the final step on a years-long journey during Gunston Hall’s semi-annual naturalization ceremony.  George Mason helped found the United States of America and paved the way for others to become citizens.  Mason’s historic mansion provides a backdrop for this incredibly moving ceremony.

Tours of the Mansion are not available until noon on the ceremony day. Admission is complimentary until 1 p.m.

This Veterans Day join Brain Injury Services in honoring and supporting our veterans and others living with a brain injury in Northern Virginia by sponsoring a duck in our 3rd Annual Charity Rubber Duck Race!  Your support matters and is vital to assisting us in providing our free services to our clients and their caregiver families living in Northern Virginia.

Have fun and some healthy competition while supporting those in need!  1st place winners in 5 categories will receive an award.
