Your young musician will have a blast at our Ukulele Adventures Camp! We’ll play outdoor sports, fun games, make a new craft each day, and learn the basics of ukulele. We’ll learn how to properly hold and play the ukulele, basic chords and melodies, and a couple of songs to share with you by the end of the week. Your child will learn the basics of note reading, rhythm skills, ensemble skills, and the basics of ukulele.

Potomac Music's Summer Adventures Series is specialized for children ages 6 - 10 with minimal to no experience playing an instrument, and features games, sports, fun outside, arts & crafts, PLUS the basics of ukulele. Campers will learn chords, rhythms, and a few songs to share with you at the end of the week. Class set of ukuleles are provided, campers may also choose to bring their ukulele from home. Each camp finishes with a pizza party on Friday!

6/26/2023 - 6/30/2023

Here’s your chance to be a rockstar! Your rising rocker will be inspired in our Rock Band Camp this summer. Our fun-filled camp will allow your child to jam out to their favorite songs, play in a group setting, create their own songs, and have a blast – all while developing their ensemble skills, core technique building, rhythmic and melodic dictation skills, and more!

Rock Band Camps at Potomac Music are designed for school aged guitar, bass, drum, vocalist, and keyboard players ages 8 - 12. The development of ensemble skills, learning new technique and rhythm skills, exposure to new genres, and creativity are part of each camp week. Campers are also able to socialize, have fun, and collaborate with their peers! We prepare a short performance at the end of the camp week to share with campers’ families. Each camp finishes with a pizza party on Friday!
