Event Description
The South Fairfax Chamber of Commerce will award student scholarships for both rising college and trade school applicants from South County, Hayfield, W. Springfield, Lake Braddock, Robinson, and WT Woodson High School and Secondary Schools. We are seeking sponsors for each of these scholarships and will award scholarships based on the number of business sponsors we receive.
Sponsorships are $750 and include:
$500 award to the winning student
$250 administrative fee to cover the cost of the presenting check, certificate, the honoree and one guest to attend the SFCC Achievement Honors Gala dinner.
Sponsoring members receive public recognition as the scholarship sponsor which includes social media promotion, a press release, recognition on the Chamber website and monthly newsletter. The sponsoring organization/business is invited to present the award at the Chamber's annual Achievement Honors Gala to be held at Gunston Hall on Thursday, May 8, 2025.
